ITEEN

Plan and Strategy for ITEEN in Asom region, Northeast India

For next six months June- Nov, 2006

Date: 29-05-2006

Participants: Lok Gurung and Roda Thapa

 Promotion-  Main target being Nepali speaking churches in Asom state.

                     Roda will collect the addresses of these Churches during her field trip.

 (First Field Tour of Miss Roda Thapa June 2- August 2

 Visiting ITEEI groups in Siliguri and Asom- Golaghat(Fulbari), Tinsukia(Philobari), Tinsukia (Powai), Tinsukia(Jagun), Tinsukia (Tipong)

 -Tutors’ Training in Kathmandu- Send first batch of students for training to Kathmandu at the end  of June. The batch of 10 students will have at least three students from Siliguri.

-Visit the new groups in Asom after the classes have begun

 August 5th- Miss Roda will return to the base in Siliguri

 August 5th-11th    Activities: -Submit the reports from the field and do office works

 August 11th –October 11 -  Miss Roda’s second field visit to Asom

 Tutors’ Training in Kathmandu-   Promotion of ITEEI in Asom, send second batch of 10 students to Kt. The batch to have 10 students from Asom and Siliguri with atleast  three students from Siliguri.

 October 21st.Roda returns to base in Siliguri

Roda submits the reports from field and does office works.

 October 19- Nov 30:  Establish ITEE committee for North east India.
